We’re out there ploughing our singular furrow, and people keep coming up at gigs to say how nice it is for them to experience such new and original music, with the introductions to set the scene for the songs. In today’s music world, where a lot is about nostalgia, it’s not always easy to be doing something fresh and individual, so do come to shows and do spread the word to anyone you feel will like what we do.
Our next show, this weekend, is opening for the legendary Albert Lee, which we’re very much looking forward to. And then we have lots of great dates through to the end of November. It would be very nice to fill these fine venues!
Work on the new album continues and we are extremely pleased with it, it adds something new to what we’ve done before. It’ll be called Fools & Clowns (the album titles always come from a word or phrase in one of the songs) and it’ll be out early next year.
