ULD is the Oslo-based trio fast establishing themselves as one of Norway’s most distinctive new voices. Une Lorentze Onarheim (vocals), Lucia Andreadatter Utnem (piano), and Dagny Braanen Lindgren (accordion) craft an intimate yet cinematic soundscape that fuses singer-song writing, folk and tradition in a modern way.
Their debut EP fra en annen virkelighet (2024) was hailed as a breakthrough, earning three Spellemann Award nominations (Norway’s Grammys) and an Edvard Prize nomination. Morgenbladet praised the release as “new poetry for our time,” while Dagens Næringsliv wrote that ULD “give silence a melody and sorrow a voice,” and Klassekampen highlighted the trio’s striking rawness in Norwegian pop music.
Just three months after its release, they sold out two concerts at Oslo’s Kulturkirken Jakob – a milestone that cemented their place as one of the most compelling new acts in the Nordics. Since then, ULD have performed at festivals such as Bergenfest, PIP, SPOT, and Trevarefest, opened for Mari Boine at the Opera House, played for the Norwegian Royal Family at the Palace, and sold out their first Danish tour in under a month.
In autumn 2025, ULD will take the long-awaited next step with two milestone concerts at Oslo Concert Hall for 2,700 fans, followed by their international debut at London’s iconic Union Chapel.
