In a week’s time the Deepdale Camping & Rooms team will welcome an incredible array of musical talent for Deepdale Festival 2024, their music festival with a heart of folk.
Headliners include Man The Lifeboats on Thursday, Bonfire Radicals and Track Dogs on Friday, Skinny Lister and Granny’s Attic on Saturday, and Brown Horse and The Henry Girls on Sunday.
The Festival is truly international this year, with acts from Australia, Canada, Spain and Ireland. Along with amazing UK acts and some of the best East Anglian musical talent.
Deepdale Festival has three stages. The Brick Barn, a 16th century barn with an amazing sound system run by Tim. The Orchard, a relaxed green space with a Moon Gazer Ale bar, covered seating, and sound run by Joe. And the Courtyard, with covered seating, hosting the other bar and a solo/duo artist stage.
There’s music on Thursday afternoon & evening, and all day Friday, Saturday & Sunday, with almost 50 acts performing during the weekend. Around 40 hours of live music will be enjoyed during the 4 days of the festival, with very little cross over so you can see almost every act playing.
Along with great music, festival goers can start their day with yoga or laughter workshops, and then during the day enjoy singing bowls meditation, massage & reflexology, free poems, art workshops and star gazing.
The shops, café and pop up shops of Dalegate Market are open throughout the Festival. And they welcome a selection of street food for the weekend, feeding the hungry festival goers and anyone else visiting the site.
Festival goers who were lucky enough to book onsite accommodation (which is now full), have a short wander to the stages from their pitches. Anyone who missed out on onsite accommodation and instead bought day tickets, either for the whole festival or individual days, get to enjoy all the live music and activities, while staying locally at home or in one of the many partner accommodation options.
A few day tickets are still available, and more information on the whole Deepdale Festival is online at www.deepdalefestival.co.uk It’s recommended that you don’t try to buy tickets on the gate, as some sessions have almost sold out, instead please only book advance tickets through the website.
The Deepdale crew look forward to welcoming hundreds of music fans to the beautiful village of Burnham Deepdale from Thursday 26th to Sunday 29th September for a weekend of amazing live music
