Folk On The Hill goes online

Folk On The Hill

We are delighted to be able to announce the 2nd Annual Folk On The Hill festival is to go ahead. In order to help as much as possible during this crucial period in our industry FOTH have determined the best way we can help is to host our festival online and allow donations either directly to the artists, or to “Help for Musicians”. We guarantee, no money will be going to FOTH, only to artists.

With that in mind  2nd Annual Folk on the Hill festival – “We’re back, and this time it’s not personal” will be streaming six videos, each of around one hour featuring more than 15 artists. These will be available for FREE viewing (some of our audience may also be struggling, so this is for them as well) on 13th August 2020 at 3pm BST, we do ask you to donate if you are in a position to do so.

The artists include : Beans on Toast, Bernard Hoskin, CHaS, Craig Joiner, Man The Lifeboats,  Marilyn Middleton, Odette Michell, Pauline Vallance, Steve and Julie, Tom Reid, Findlay Napier, Harbottle & Jonas, John McCutcheon, Reg Meuross, Jamie McCoan, Phillip Green, Tim Brooks and others tbc.

To all the keyworkers and particularly our health workers, we would love to give you free access, but as it’s all free, please accept instead our heart-felt THANK YOU.
