Cowboy Junkies reissue debut album

Step back into the raw, atmospheric roots of Cowboy Junkies with this reissue of their 1986 debut album, Whites Off Earth Now!!. Captured live to tape using a single ambisonic microphone, this collection of haunting blues covers and moody originals introduced the band’s signature sound, with Margo Timmins’ ethereal vocals gliding over Michael Timmins’ guitar.

Cut at half-speed by John Webber at Air Studios, this edition brings out every nuance of the original recordings. Featuring standout tracks like ‘Shining Moon’ and ‘Baby Please Don’t Go,’ this LP is a must-have for fans of roots rock, blues, and alt-country.
